Bindings ready to bend. The side-bending machine was invented by Charles Fox years ago, and now about half the guitarmakers out there use it.

It's just a bunch of bolts, bars, springs, and three light bulbs for heat, but it works like a charm. A lot of this craft is surprisingly low-tech.

When the incandescent bulbs burn out and no one's selling them anymore, I'll acquire a modern-day electric heat blanket. Until then, it's old-school for me.
